Analysis $BTC 01/31/2025
#BTC, we were rejected again at $105K, it's unbelievable how the BULLS can't form any support in that region, not even manage to stay there for many hours.
However, unlike other times, I'm very excited about today's drop, so you might be thinking "Okay, now Ualifi has gone crazy with the bear market and is enjoying the drops", so let's explain, let's go...
This time Bitcoin fell around -2.75% and most of the #altcoin remained very strong and even some were very positive, which demonstrated considerable strength that we hadn't been having. Also in this sense, ETH/BTC was +4% positive, which was extremely good and demonstrated strength.
Also note that BTC dominance dropped quickly from 59.87% to 58.70%, which is clearly a movement that directly benefits Altcoins.
With this alone you would already understand me, but I will go further and show you what I see as SUPER OPTIMISTIC...
Bitcoin found support here at $102K, it still looks weak, but I think we will be able to stay in this gray region on the chart. So I am extremely interested in Bitcoin's jump to $104K, why is this important? I want to observe the performance of Altcoins at the time of its resumption and what dominance does. I think dominance will be slow and Bitcoin's jump will give an extra boost to Altcoins, making most of them have another good jump.
Unfortunately it is the weekend and besides the fact that we have nothing reliable, the expectations of big movements are low, but I think a lateralization between $104K/$101K will be good for Altcoins.
This setup of BTC cooling off and Altcoins showing strength is what we need for an Altcoin bull season. We are starting to see some signs of strength in Altcoins, get used to it, this is the perfect formula for a strong Altcoin market.
