Bitcoin Cycle $BTC and Cryptocurrencies Will Be the "Longest and Highest".
Michaël van de Poppe, a famous market trader, was excited about the breakout of $105,000 after speeches by Jerome Powell, chairman of the Fed, and believes that Bitcoin could reach a new price record in February.
Currently, Bitcoin's ATH is at $109,100, recorded on January 20. In other words, it is only 4% away from being broken. However, the analyst points out that BTC could reach $500,000 in this cycle, which he believes could be the biggest and longest of all time.
Matt Hougan, CIO of Bitwise, also agrees with this analysis. According to the executive, Trump's entry could break the 4-year cycle, causing Bitcoin to continue rising in 2026, a year that should be a bearish year.
