SoftBank is exploring the possibility of investing US$25 billion in OpenAI. If realized, the Japanese investment company will become the largest investor in this artificial intelligence (AI) startup. SoftBank can invest in the Microsoft-backed AI company while pouring more than US$15 billion into Stargate.
