#MicroStrategyAcquiresBTC a lot of companies across the world have started joining the BTC accumulation bandwagon.

According to our friends at Coindesk Tokyo-listed Metaplanet said on Tuesday that it would accumulate 10,000 bitcoin ($BTC ) by the end of 2025 and 21,000 bitcoin by the end of 2026 as part of a corporate treasury plan.

The strategy is designed to establish Metaplanet as one of the world's largest corporate holders of bitcoin, the company said.
