Enel Group, a leading Italian energy company, has partnered with crypto wallet provider Conio to launch a solar panel tokenization initiative using the Algorand blockchain. Through this project, Italians can take fractional ownership of Enel’s solar farms. The energy generated from this ownership can be used to offset the electricity consumption of their residential properties.
