Washington plans to legalize the blockchain industry

Last week, Donald Trump signed several decrees, including a document on the development of the cryptocurrency market and artificial intelligence in the USA. This event sparked a strong reaction in the financial world and drew the attention of crypto enthusiasts.

One of the key points was the establishment of a working group that will focus on the legalization of digital assets. It will include representatives from the Department of Justice, the Department of Treasury, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). They will be tasked with developing a regulatory framework and exploring the possibility of including Bitcoin in the state reserves within six months.

This initiative has received support from the largest American cryptocurrency exchange, Coinbase. The company's Vice President, Kara Calvert, stated that the administration recognizes the potential of blockchain and is ready to leverage it.

Analysts believe that including Bitcoin in the strategic reserves of the USA could send an important signal to the market. This will not only strengthen the position of the cryptocurrency but also encourage other countries to take active steps in this area.#BTC☀ $BTC
