$VINE is hard to say, the funding rate being negative indicates that everyone is shorting, yet the price surprisingly can't go down. Could it be that our counterparties in shorting are Binance, and Binance's own orders are not counted in the funding rate? Only in this way can we explain why the funding rate is negative but the price can still rise against the trend.
