January 25 was the scheduled deadline for the SEC’s decision on the spot SOL-ETF.

There’s been speculation online that if the decision is made, it might come tonight, since January 25 is a Saturday, and the SEC typically doesn't work on Saturdays.

BBG analysts pointed out that the applications were withdrawn (red font means withdrawn, postponed, or rejected).

The bottom line: There are no formal deadlines for the approval of the SOL-ETF yet.
