that is false. BTC is designed so that not even Satoshi can interfere with the disappearance of the cryptocurrency. You should read the BTC white paper and you will realize this.

having BTC as a reserve is like playing Russian roulette.... especially because you don't know where it comes from... and especially because Satoshi could appear and erase it or generate more blocks
