Recently, there has been some FUD around #BNBchain in the market. No one seems to be engaging with BNBchain right now; there’s no traffic and no funds entering. During such a hot and cash-rich period for the Solana chain, it’s surprisingly silent.

I believe Binance really needs to listen to more diverse opinions and suggestions, learn and upgrade its business management model, and support the Binance ecosystem more. If Binance neglects its own projects, it shouldn’t expect others to take care of them.

Binance has achieved the status of being the world’s number one exchange, but this position is not permanently secure. If you do not progress, it represents regression. Watching several competitors surge ahead, seizing market hotspots, ensuring product quality, and capturing user sentiment is the most fundamental basis. The crypto space is an industry where information travels quickly; if you move slowly, you will be overtaken. Nothing is forever number one.

Binance now resembles a state-owned enterprise, often referred to as an “aging company,” losing its innovative drive and vitality. It’s suggested to interact more with users, listen to their opinions, and strengthen community communication. Private conference calls are the most effective; avoid formalities like online spaces that are filled with flattery and offer no useful suggestions.

Binance's operations have also become increasingly incomprehensible to outsiders; going into spot trading signals a short position. It is suggested to continue technological innovation, such as developing AI technology, to make BNBChain stronger and more attractive. It could refer more to the operational and management models of successful companies like Tencent and JD.

Binance must constantly adapt to market changes in order to maintain competitiveness. After the labs made a big fuss about changing their name, we look forward to better developments in the future. There are too many suggestions to make, so I won’t elaborate further here, but I hope relevant departments can take this seriously.

Hearing FUD in the market can also be a good thing; it reflects a love-hate relationship. If there’s no love, just give up; there’s no time to persuade. Builders also hope to grow alongside BNBchain, to establish a better ecosystem together, and to promote industry development together. I hope Binance can gather more voices and make better adjustments.
