#LTP Dollar remains on hold on Trump, central bank tariffs

The dollar was trading little changed against its major peers on Thursday as the currency remained directionless amid no concrete announcements on tariffs from US President Donald Trump.

Several central bank decisions are due next week, with the Bank of Japan expected to raise interest rates at the end of a two-day meeting on Friday.

Decisions by the US Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank are due on Wednesday and Thursday of next week, respectively.
