Justin Sun (孙宇晨) tweeted that he proposed a plan led by the Ethereum Foundation and Ethereum that could drive the price of ETH to $10,000. His first-week plan includes immediately stopping ETH sales for three years, covering operating costs through AAVE lending, staking yields, and stablecoin borrowing to ensure a stable ETH supply and achieve a deflationary target; imposing high taxes on all Layer 2 projects to generate at least $5 billion in annual revenue for Ethereum, and repurchasing and burning ETH through decentralized means; significantly streamlining the Ethereum Foundation's operations, retaining only an efficient team and increasing salaries with a performance-based reward system; reducing node rewards and strengthening the fee burn mechanism to consolidate ETH's deflationary properties; and focusing all resources on Layer 1 development to improve scalability, security, and mainstream adoption. He expects these measures to drive the ETH price above $4,500 in the first week and lay the foundation for long-term development.
