The so-called North Star indicator literally means that only by finding the North Star can you find all directions.
For example: Xiao Ming wants to have a girlfriend. He stays at home every day to learn how to pick up girls, and learns how to chase girls with his good friends every day. In the end, he still can't make sparks with the opposite sex. It's not that he doesn't work hard enough, nor is his method wrong, but he ignores what his short-term North Star indicator is? Xiao Gang didn't learn any skills to pick up girls. He just chose to play guitar on the campus of the Normal University every day, and go to the bar every day to awkwardly chat up girls... Step 1: Identify your core purpose
There are only a few ideas for people to create accounts: 1. Become a big KOL, earn rebates, advertising fees, capture more latest news from project parties, establish paid communities, etc. 2. Sit and play is another matter. Dog brother is obviously the third type. In fact, I don’t care how much traffic there is. My purpose is just to build a personal IP and quickly gain everyone’s attention. Because I am starting a business in a related field, I need to learn and understand the industry, so I must gain resources and attention in the shortest time. Many people create accounts without knowing what their purpose is. This leads to content and execution like a blind bear trying to pick corn. They want to do everything, but nothing is done well and they are always distracted.
Step 2: Choose the platform and content format to be used in response to your core purpose and in line with market rules
It wasn't all smooth sailing for me. In July, August and September, I tried various types of content, wrote project analysis, industry analysis, hot comments on industry leaders, longevity guide for web3 practitioners, and created a project with a market value of 50 million US dollars in 180 days. I posted about one post a day and didn't follow many people. These experiences were indeed failures, not worth mentioning, and had no practical reference value. I never made any achievements. After analysis, I found that the main reason for my lack of achievements was that I didn't study the algorithm mechanism of Twitter in depth (I will talk about the mechanism of my analysis later). In October, a conversation between my partner and I accidentally woke me up with a sentence, [All those who made a lot of money made it in the wind. As long as they have the ability, they can make money, but there are very few people who can make money against the trend. Only those who stand out have a chance to make a little money] (just the general idea, I can't find the original words) In fact, we make money in DeFi not because we are awesome, but because of the impact of the environment. When the market is extremely bearish, I write industry dry goods and wealth codes, which is obviously a performance against the trend, especially for new bloggers without any fans and trust endorsement. So I changed from thinking about content every day and outputting madly to listening and watching more, and began to observe the active content and tracks in the market. Obviously, DeFi, which we are good at, has almost become a paradise for hackers, and the trading track has also become a bull market for short sellers. Only NFT is left, a track that is crazy fomo due to the cultural implantation brought by vision regardless of whether it rises or falls. Obviously, I missed the trading bull market of NFT, but the community cultural advantage of NFT is obviously unique. Compared with the game between project parties and retail investors, the NFT holders who are stuck don’t seem to be as distressed as holding tokens, and even become the only lively track in the bear market. There are fewer and fewer tutorials on wool-pulling, gold-making strategies, and luxury financing projects in the market, replaced by so-called big breasts, big buttocks, black silk, cosplay, Tucao, mourning culture, fake lottery, and liver white bills. However, fans who come only because of funny things and lucky draws are definitely not valuable, which is seriously deviated from my core purpose. So I have to take on this hard-earned traffic. I post about 3,000 tweets a month at a very high frequency to take on traffic. The following are some of the ways to take on traffic:

Step 3: After mastering the traffic password, spare no effort to maintain the seed fans and amplify the influence and advantages
Why should we spare no effort? In fact, after these years of Internet baptism, although most people have no experience in becoming opinion leaders, they all have a kind of "online sense", that is, they can tell at a glance whether the blogger is attentive and whether he is really working hard. For example, you only release one video a week and other bloggers post 30 tweets a day, but because of the quality of the content, it is meaningless to post more. Fans have a strong ability to discern content, so when you master the traffic code and get a group of loyal users, what you need to do is to deepen the label and impression of you as a blogger in their minds. There is a saying in the operation circle that "a thousand hardcore fans can make you financially free." This sentence is not false, it is obtained through countless cases. An ordinary person's brain can handle the interpersonal relationship of 250 people at most in his lifetime. On the Internet, information changes frequently. The above actions may seem small and humble, and you may think they may not be of much use, but operation is a matter of details. They will not care so much about whether you are original or retweeting. On the contrary! Quoting is a very cautious choice. As we all know, when you comment on someone else's content on Twitter, your fans will see what comments you made, but the product display form of quoting is that when you quote someone else's content and post a meaningless sentence, this is a brand new Twitter, because your fans' likes and comments are all under your new Twitter. What does this mean? You have affected the first intuitive feeling of your personal homepage to others. So when you encounter high-quality content, you should ensure that it does not affect our high recognition of the original author, your fans' viewing experience, and the overall image of your homepage.
I suggest you do this: retweet high-quality content, gain recognition from the original blogger, and give a sincere comment under her high-quality content (your comments can be seen by your fans anyway). Step 4: Some brief explanations of Twitter mechanisms and tips on how to increase traffic, as well as how to gain the attention and appreciation of bigwigs
1. The attention conversion rate of people with many fans and people with few fans who publish similar content is completely different. This has been verified many years ago. In the early stage of creating an account, while trying to attract the attention of big guys and KOL, it is recommended to add some fans. 5. It is important to strike while the iron is hot. The birth of every traffic event is never achieved by grinding an iron rod into a needle. It all requires guidance, the right time, the right place and the right people. The most important thing is the right time. Don't create inappropriate content and don't waste the 48 hours after the birth of each good content.
