⚠️ What to do if your bank account is frozen due to P2P trading of USDT?

If your bank account is frozen due to P2P trading of USDT, please report to the police immediately! 👮‍♂️

We have found that many people are afraid to report because they fear being considered illegal for buying and selling USDT, but please rest assured:

⚠️ Individual trading of USDT is not illegal (you must ensure that the source of funds is legal)

⚠️ Only assisting in money laundering is illegal behavior

When reporting, please be sure to provide all relevant facts and evidence to the police to assist in the investigation. Here is a key information checklist you need to prepare:

1️⃣ The name of the trading platform you used for P2P (binance, bybit)

2️⃣ Information about the merchant you traded with (including the name used for KYC verification)

3️⃣ The order number for the P2P transaction

4️⃣ Contact information for the merchant

5️⃣ The amount of the transaction 💰

6️⃣ The bank account information for the Malaysian Ringgit transfer you received

7️⃣ Information about the merchant's transfer to your bank account

⚠️ Do not file a false report!

According to Article 182 of the Penal Code, anyone who intentionally provides false information to a public servant may be sentenced to a maximum of 6 months in prison, or a maximum fine of 2000 Ringgit, or both.

(For example, some people may forge fake invoices and other means)

✅ After filing a report, please provide your case number to us for further assistance with your issue.
