WE ARE IN THE NEUTRAL ZONE. WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!#XRPIS TESTING THE PRICE, it may go sideways before GOING UP. TO GO UP IT NEEDS VOLUME!
Now it's time to calm down, LET IT REST A LITTLE... let's see if the RSI(12) at 15/30 changes to 59-62 > for our next rise.
On the weekly chart time there is clearly a bullish flag, in which we have not yet concluded the movement and when it pulls up if the price comes with
VOLUME it will be a blow! Right after pulling up it may fall for adjustment.
Resistance: 3.0280 in case of breakout 3.1550 our partial is here.
Support: 2.8390
Below that we have a second support at 2.6970 - stop adjustment (good for those who caught up at 2.1 - 2.32)
