Today I want to share some experiences with the seasoned traders, hoping it can help everyone. If you find it useful, please give a follow before you leave.

First, let's talk about capital management. Never throw all your money in at once.

I prefer to operate in batches, so even if I incur losses, it won't be too devastating.

I set a rule for myself: once I lose to a certain extent, I decisively withdraw, regardless of what the market looks like.

This way, even if I suffer consecutive losses, it won't be too damaging, but if I make a profit, the returns can be quite substantial. Even if I get stuck in a position, I can maintain my mindset.

Following the market trend is definitely the right approach. When the market is falling, don’t keep thinking about catching the bottom; it’s unrealistic.

When the market is rising and then pulls back, that’s the right opportunity. At that time, buying low is much safer than trying to forcefully catch the bottom.

Choosing coins requires insight. Those coins that suddenly surge, whether mainstream or altcoins, should be approached with caution. A sharp rise often comes with a sharp retracement, which can easily trap you.

In terms of technical indicators, I often use MACD.

When the DIF line crosses below the zero axis and then breaks above it, that’s a buying signal.

If it crosses above the zero axis and then moves downward, it’s time to reduce your position. Never easily try to average down.

If you incur losses, don’t average down; many people end up losing more and lose everything in the end. Remember, losses should be cut and profits can be added to.

Trading volume is also very critical.

When the coin price breaks out of a low position, if the trading volume increases, it could be a significant opportunity.

The most important thing is to go with the trend and seize the opportunity.

Combine daily lines, monthly lines, and make comprehensive judgments; when a line starts to turn upwards, you’ll know how to operate.

In summary, trading cryptocurrencies carries risks as well as opportunities. I hope my experiences can help everyone, but I still want to remind you to be cautious when investing!
