you not trading with crypto sense ..its very easy to handle this if you are with good patients sense

What is wrong with me or with this token.When try to trade in up it goes down and down until my account is washed and when l trade in down it goes up.This token has eaten my 800$ in last 3 days.My friend told me to buy it when it's price was .67 and till know l am getting loss and account wash too.Tell me guys what to do next.l was ready to buy phone from my this saving but l lost due to inexperienced ..!!?
Any tip to recover it??
