Basic notes during trading, especially regarding margin or futures along with Trading Insight, let's reflect!
🔥 Essentially, Margin - Futures are not bad. They do not rob anyone's money nor do the exchanges take your money. This market is fundamentally a large playground and the exchange is merely the center of the game. Leverage is a stimulant, all stemming from our psychology and greed. Losing money is due to yourself.
🔸Please do not blame but understand the essence. Below are some notes from my perspective that you can read and refer to!
1. Limit overnight orders or placing orders before sleeping (whether you are new or experienced, this should be avoided as it will cause you to sleep with worry, which significantly affects your health)
2. Focus on investing, not robbing (so don’t think that re-entering means profit; accepting losses is essential for making profits)
3. Trade with moderate volume, ensure safety, and try not to let it burn (Green streaks, red streaks, luck may exist. But burning is due to poor capital management; be careful)
4. Don’t try to move your stop-loss far from the original decision (prioritize fixing it, as you are inclined to move the stop-loss thinking it won’t drop down or pump up; hoping for a rebound and closing it, it may seem minor but most people burn out for this reason)
5. Enter orders just because of the craving for orders (That addiction, let your mind relax before entering orders, don’t just enter randomly because you see empty orders)
📌I am a living witness to these experiences; I have gone through them and spent a lot of time changing. I hope that you can understand what I wrote, and if you have further suggestions, don’t hesitate to share with the Team and the community.
