It’s crucial to equip miners for success by supporting community-driven initiatives through grants and mentorship, which fosters a sense of ownership and collective purpose.

We should offer customizable rewards, such as tokens, gift cards, or project services, and expand reward pools to enhance the attractiveness of Social Mining while ensuring sustainability.

Creating a multilingual platform with translation tools will help us reach a broader audience. We can also organize virtual or in-person meetups and hackathons to encourage collaboration.

To keep tasks engaging and competitive, we could introduce weekly challenges or leaderboards. Leveraging AI tools can lead to improved task comprehension and performance insights, enhancing features for Social Mining.

We need ILOs to have a global presence, which involves providing multilingual support, localized content, and campaigns, as well as having regional community managers who understand local contexts and can offer tailored guidance. This personal approach helps build trust and engagement, essential for widespread adoption. We should explore various ILO categories, such as green energy or decentralized gaming, and introduce localized ILOs in underrepresented areas to provide equal opportunities.
