Buying should only be for trending Tokens. Currently, there is AI and restaking.
HOLD should be for exchange Tokens like BNB, OKB, MNT and top ones like BTC and ETH. SOL is also a decent choice for long-term holding. Exchange Tokens will have many applications in the future. I am also holding a bit of L2 like OP, ZK
