Last time I said Ripple would drop, some said I was a newbie in the crypto world. Yes, I'm a newbie, having invested in the stock market for a long time, and based on this, I want to share my thoughts with you.

1. The price has risen too suddenly. I feel that the supply is currently being absorbed, but the price is trading at a very high level, rising from $0.5 to around $2.4 now. There was a drop in between, but the price is around $2. Even if it drops, it quickly rebounds. I think the fundamentals have weakened because the supply has not been absorbed well. Think about it, do you think people who bought at $1.5 and those who bought at $2.2 will react the same way when the price drops?

2. Whales still don't have enough supply. Look at the current supply; they are almost repeatedly selling and buying. If you really have a lot of money, you can influence the price to some extent. If you suddenly sell 100 million, wouldn't it crash? If I were you, I would lower it even further. Currently, they are unknowingly transferring the quantity to individuals. Then it crashes. And individuals get scared. Maybe if it drops to around $1.2, everyone will run away? If they buy more, they can earn more money.

3. There is still no reason for $5 or $10. Do you know how dangerous it is for prices to rise without reason? Price increases need market recognition. The last time it reached $2.9, the market went crazy. That’s why it has been consolidating for nearly 10 days now. There is no reason to absorb the quantity, and no justification. It might maintain this price and then suddenly go crazy, selling everything out. Then they will buy everything back. If there are many announcements next year, there will be a reason, and the market will recognize it. Then $3 or $5 wouldn’t be surprising. I understand everyone wants to get rich from Ripple. But friends, the wealthy are not philanthropists. They play the same game, just from a favorable position. Be a little smarter.
