Ukraine could receive 8.34 billion UAH in taxes from registered cryptocurrency exchanges in the country and an additional up to 6.53 billion UAH from the taxation of citizens' incomes if the cryptocurrency market were legalized.

According to the study, Ukrainians account for about 2.5% of the global traffic of virtual assets. And during the years 2021−2024, global exchanges received 46 billion UAH in profits from the Ukrainian audience.
