When inserting needles, I always think of cutting meat.
It seems that others are afraid, and I am even more afraid.
At this time, I always ask myself a question:
Has the bull market ended?
I don't think so, for very simple reasons:
1. Altcoins have not broken through the previous highs / are not close to the previous highs
2. The buying power of Bitcoin in the market is still very strong
3. The US dollar's rate-cutting cycle has just begun
If the bull market has not ended:
Then the only thing to really guard against is liquidation.
In 2020-312, it fell 70%.
In 2021-519, it fell 55%.
So, the leverage that can be tolerated without setting a stop-loss is around 1.25x, much lower than most people think. You might think 2x is already very low, but in reality, 2x is also an unbearable leverage.
The dealer will only take cash and can withstand 100% volatility.
The only thing the dealer needs to guard against is that other dealers pick up low-priced chips.
So, the plunge probably won't exceed 75%
Control your hands
Don't use high leverage
High-leverage speculation must have stop-loss
Don't pick up coins in front of a train
