XRP continues to hit new lows as the price of this asset drops below $2 twice in the past 24 hours. This comes just days after some analysts predicted that Ripple's token had peaked in this cycle.
After a strong increase of over 400% from below $0.6 to nearly $3, XRP has lost momentum despite the community's hopes of surpassing $3 and reaching new highs above $3.4. However, the price has dropped 17% in just two days, leading many to believe that XRP has peaked and will continue to decline. 📉
This decline is thought to be due to changes in the SEC and Trump's announcement of a new SEC Chairman who supports cryptocurrency. XRP is currently losing its third position in market capitalization to Tether.
