Fuel Labs announces the launch of the $FUEL token, which will go live in two weeks, used to secure decentralized sequencers and enable fee-free transactions for users through application-specific ordering mechanisms. As the fastest ( >600 TPS) and least expensive (<$0.0002/transaction) Optimistic Rollup on Ethereum, Fuel aims to promote blockchain adoption.

The total supply of $FUEL is 10 billion, with over 51% allocated to the community, ecosystem, and research and development, and 20% of the initial supply rewarded to the Fuel Points program and testnet participants.

Fuel will further achieve network decentralization, allowing users to stake $FUEL to participate in network security and earn rewards. The community expansion plan will be carried out in collaboration with Legion, Impossible Finance, and Bitget.
