If you, like me, are a medium to long-term holder, then definitely yes!

However, if you haven't done a good job with position management, then during the craziest times, you will find that you have already lost everything and exited the market.

If you don't understand position management, then I suggest buying all spot, or 90% spot and 10% contracts; you will find that in the end, you will outperform most contract players.

Today Bitcoin dropped a little, and altcoins almost crashed, so you might consider buying Bitcoin or the altcoins that rose significantly a few days ago and are now dropping deeper. However, personally, I still recommend buying $BTC first!
