Today I attended the first class: How to Find the Right Co-Founder

As a Web3 startup, this is truly an important entry point.

At the early stages, everything relied on my own passion and belief,

The people I thought of were all some friends around me.

But in this class, the Mentor said: “If your business partner becomes a Co-Founder, they later become friends; if your friends become Co-Founders, they eventually become strangers.”

Reflect on that 😂

However, if a Start-Up does not find the right Co-Founder,

your project is very likely to fail.

I've organized a few lazy packages to share:

1) The best Co-Founder team consists of 2-3 people.

2) Co-Founders should possess the abilities to Sell (promote their own brand), Build (manufacture product), and Serve (provide service). These are also necessary skills for any company, but Startups prioritize the team.

3) Technology is not a priority during the Pre Seed/Angel Round, but when entering the Seed or A Round, VCs will start to pay attention to your tech team. At that time, you must have a CTO and cannot outsource it.

4) When looking for a Co-Founder, ask a core question: Can you accept no salary for the next 6-12 months?

Finally, he asked us what our core values are: I chose Faith, Wisdom, Meaningful Work.

It expresses the future while taking care of the present.
