Today I saw Brother Haotian's article @tmel0211 https://x.com/tmel0211/status/1862705766630908047

This reminds me that I previously wrote an interpretation of the AI Agent track. So today, let's review it; it still seems quite accurate. In the tweet, I made some predictions about the future of the AI Agent track, mainly 4 points 👇🏻

From the current market environment, these four points still hold quite well.

1. Agent + new narratives in different fields

Currently, more and more AI Agents have emerged in the market, but upon research, one finds that the narratives of these Agents are generally combined with other fields. For example, the recently popular AI Meme is AI Agent + asset issuance.

2. Interconnected AgentFi

Initially, some AI Agents were independent of each other, and they could not interact, which led to significant limitations. Similarly, in AI Meme, we saw for the first time a true connection of Agents, where one AI Agent used another asset issuance Agent to issue a new token without human intervention.

These are all interesting phenomena and indicate that the potential for connections between Agents is gradually emerging. In the future, more and more such things will happen.

3. The most profitable in new markets are tool-type products

I believe everyone has a good understanding of this, so I won't elaborate.

4. toC is a strategy for building reputation.

I actually agree with the logic of Brother Haotian. Looking back at the development of the AI track over the past few months, we find that the original narratives like AI+Depin belong to the toB track, which indeed is a very profitable route, as seen from financing valuations, MC, etc. However, the participation space for retail investors is not large, so after the short-term FOMO sentiment, the entire track began to quiet down.

But AI Meme is different. Since this cycle began, words like 'fairness' and 'wealth effect' have frequently filled the public's attention. Market users' emotions and attention have been focused on the Meme track for a long time, and this is also where C-end users are most concentrated.

Although an awkward reality is that there aren't many retail investors making real profits, they have captured the attention of on-site users and even attracted a good number of off-site users rushing in. This can actually be considered a form of Mass Adoption, which I mentioned earlier, that toC is a strategy for building reputation.
