From 2000U to 210,000 USD, my journey of cryptocurrency trading!
In the past, I liked to buy low market cap coins, thinking the cheaper the better. But after two weeks of trading, I suffered huge losses, going from 20,000 USD down to only 2,000 U.
Then I changed my strategy: only buy coins with a market cap of millions and new narrative leading coins. With this, I bought 2M ban, 4M luce, etc., successfully increasing 2,000 U to 210,000 USD. Although my wallet was stolen later, it also proved that my method was effective.
However, the market is volatile and cruel. The issuance of coins by pumpfun has surged, and coins that could previously run with large market cap now mostly crash around 1M. Recently, coins relying on emotional traffic for dissemination have frequently failed. This has led to some ineffectiveness in my strategy, but I still insist on not buying coins below 200K or internal market coins. Due to the increased issuance, competition among low market cap coins is fiercer, and a crash can happen at any time.
A few days ago, I noticed a change in the market: the number of big dogs has decreased, making selection more difficult. To align with my strategy, I made efforts to balance and bought 1.7M UBC, etc. Recently, I have been restrained in my purchases to avoid pitfalls. I recommend reducing password usage, and I also only buy a small amount, so I haven't incurred significant losses. But everyone has different strategies; some may think I bought too high or mismanaged my positions. This is the downside of blindly following others.
