or just hold, i highly recommend that instead of trying to fight ur emotions when buying and selling if u r new to crypto.

if u r new here, just buy at the bottom or the lowest bottom u can find cuz we are in high prices already, and sell at a high that's comfortable for u.

u have to learn to understand resistance n support and set up your buys and sells so u don't have to be on the charts all day, though i recommend monitoring closely.
