The US government has just arrested top executives of the SafeMoon (SFM) cryptocurrency, including Kyle Nagy, Braden John Karony and Thomas Smith.

They were accused of secretly stealing more than $200 million from the project, diverting investors' money to fund a lavish lifestyle.

The price of the SFM token fell by almost 60% following this news.
