The Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanov, in collaboration with 'CH', has announced the launch of an advanced training educational program 'Blockchain 2.0'. The course starts on November 9 and will run until December 8, 2024.
According to forecasts, by the end of 2024, the market capitalization of the blockchain technology segment will reach $32 billion, and by 2027 it will exceed $160 billion. Major technology companies and government structures are showing interest in the industry, creating increased demand for qualified specialists.
The new educational program of REU named after Plekhanov is specifically designed to meet the demand for leaders capable of managing projects based on blockchain.
About the 'Blockchain 2.0' Program
The course is aimed at leaders of organizations, IT specialists, investors, and financiers interested in developing competencies in digital technologies. The knowledge gained will enable them to effectively manage blockchain projects.
During 72 academic hours, participants will learn about the features of the digital economy, master key blockchain technologies, and discover how to launch their own projects and bring them to ICO.

Among the instructors are 10 expert practitioners from Russia and abroad, including Alena Afanasyeva, founder of BeInCrypto, Alexey Chermashev, a specialist in cryptography and cryptocurrencies, a master's degree holder from the National Research Nuclear University MEPHI, and Maxim Markov, a candidate of economic sciences and associate professor of the 'Financial Markets' department at REU named after G.V. Plekhanov.
The course is based on the practical experience of the instructors, who will share with the students not only theoretical knowledge but also analyze typical mistakes and features of implementing blockchain projects.
How to Enroll
To enroll in the 'Blockchain 2.0' course, a higher or secondary specialized education is required. Classes are held outside working hours in the university's classrooms.
