respected user:

Two new types of C2C transaction scams have been introduced simultaneously. Please be aware of them to avoid financial losses.

1. Bank simulator transfer:

The fraudster forged bank electronic transfer vouchers in a fake bank APP (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, etc.) and recorded a false flow video to the seller. The seller did not verify the arrival of funds during the transaction and was deceived by the fake transfer vouchers that were sufficiently real to be deceived. Release coins.

How to recognize this scam:

1) After the buyer completes the payment and provides the payment receipt, please do not

Urge and rush to release coins;

2) Before releasing the coins, please be sure to log in to your online banking account to verify whether there is any updated account information, and whether the account information is consistent with the payment voucher: order amount, buyer's real name, and release the coins after confirmation.

2. Check fraud (mostly in Hong Kong, China and Malaysia)

Check transaction characteristics: Checks are deposited into the seller's bank account balance and usually require

After 1 working day, the check amount will be automatically transferred to the "Available Balance". If the funds are still in the seller's "Account Balance", if you release the currency, the fraudster will transfer the currency after receiving it, and then withdraw the check or other reasons on the bank side.

Because of the bad check, the seller was unable to receive the check transfer, resulting in losses.

Note: This type of fraud has been common in foreign trade scenarios in recent years. "Available balance" refers to the actual amount of funds in the account.

How to recognize this scam:

1) Do not trust any rhetoric that urges you to release your coins. Please verify the transaction information before the transaction is completed.

2) Before releasing coins, please be sure to log in to the receiving account to check whether the funds have been received and can be used, and whether they are not frozen. Verify whether the payment name is consistent with the platform. After verification, release the coins.
