It doesn't make sense to buy an asset just because it's "cheap". What really matters is whether the asset's value is actually below its price. This can be evaluated in real estate, land, cars or stocks. For example, a stock may seem cheap, but you look at its balance sheet, its place in the sector, and evaluate its risks, perhaps giving up on investing. There may be a serious reason why a stock is cheap: maybe a factory has burned down, or the countries it exports to are in recession.
Such analyses are not very valid for cryptocurrencies. No one should try to convince me by saying "supply is limited". If you look at the supply charts of your favorite crypto assets over the last few years, you can see that the price has fallen by 80% while the supply has increased by 300%.
