#Banana Crisis in Binance-listed altcoin! Users' wallets emptied! Statement from the team!

According to The Block, the Banana Gun team announced that they are investigating user wallet breach allegations and are shutting down the platform until further notice.

During the day, some community members reported that wallets associated with the Telegram bot Banana Gun were compromised and assets emptied.

“Apparently, there are approximately 563 ETH ($1.4 million) stolen on the main network so far and 36 victims. I can't say that Banana Gun itself was hacked, there is not enough evidence.” said community member X in his post.

Thereupon, the Banana Gun team took action and said in a statement on Telegram, “We are investigating the issue, the bot is currently offline.”

While the Telegram Bot project has caused concerns among Banana Gun users, experts warn users to be careful when using Banana Gun.

The price of Banana Gun (BANANA), listed on Binance, fell by 4% following the news.
