The funds flowing into the market do not blindly push up the highest price, but a lot of funds come in to guarantee the floor price. From the curve point of view, it is to make the steep price curve into a flatter price curve.
4. When we studied how NFT could avoid becoming a perpetual motion machine for gold farming, we advocated life cycle. LUMI tried to find other solutions, strictly control resource output, and there is a strong dependency between players in the game. Due to the rigid demand for dependency and limited asset output, there is no need to worry about the perpetual motion machine in the short term. When the problem of perpetual motion machine needs to be solved, adjustments can be made in the future, no need to rush.
5. The previous NFT market was an order book mechanism with limited liquidity. LUMI also tried to use the AMM mechanism. Under the premise of strong demand, the AMM mechanism can make transaction liquidity smoother.
