Recently, many friends have thought about working in the web3 industry. Let’s talk about the status of practitioners I have seen in the past two years:

1. Freshly graduated college students want to enter the web3 industry. The industry as a whole has relatively high thresholds for academic qualifications, majors, and English.

2. Those who have been working in web3 for one or two years and have not accumulated enough industry experience and network resources are facing layoffs or salary cuts. They are in a state of confusion and want to give up but are unwilling to do so.

3. For those who have been working in web3 for three to five years, if they are high or low, they must either survive on a large platform with KPIs, or they have the resources and connections to start a business. Domestic entrepreneurship resources are not concentrated enough or there are risks, but going overseas requires sufficient financial support. , is currently in a bear market stage, and starting a business has a narrow escape.

4. For those who have in-depth research on a certain sector of the industry and choose to be a KOL, the most direct source of income is to accept advertisements or join paid groups, but currently they are not profitable!

5. Not much to say about the rest, just quit the circle!
