#TRXUsdt {قُلْ: تم فرماؤ۔} اس آیت میں اللہ تعالیٰ نے بندوں پر اپنی کامل رحمت،فضل اور احسان کا بیان فرمایا ہے ،چنانچہ ارشاد فرمایا کہ اے حبیب! صَلَّی اللہ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّمَ، آپ فرما دیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ارشاد فرماتا ہے’’اے میرے وہ بندو! جنہوں نے کفر اور گناہوں میں مبتلا ہو کر اپنی جانوں پر زیادتی کی، تم اللہ تعالیٰ کی رحمت سے مایوس نہ ہونا اور یہ خیال نہ کرناکہ ایمان قبو ل کر لینے کے بعد سابقہ کفر و شرک پر تمہارا مُؤاخذہ ہو گا، بیشک اللہ تعالیٰ اُس کے سب گناہ بخش دیتا ہے جو اپنے کفر سے باز آئے اور اپنے گناہوں سے سچی توبہ کر لے ،بیشک وہی گناہوں پر پردہ ڈال کربخشنے والا اور مصیبتوں کو دور کر کے مہربانی فرمانے والا ہے۔ (تفسیرکبیر، الزّمر،تحت الآیۃ:۵۳، ۹ / ۴۶۳-۴۶۴، جلالین مع جمل، الزّمر، تحت الآیۃ: ۵۳، ۶ / ۴۳۹-۴۴۰، مدارک، الزّمر، تحت الآیۃ: ۵۳، ص۱۰۴۳، ملتقطاً)
