Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, has announced that on August 26, 2024, it will delist five tokens from its platform: Concentrated Voting Power ($CVP ), Ellipsis (EPX), Loom Network ($LOOM ), Reef (REEF), and Voyager Token ($VGX ).
This move is being made as part of Binance’s regular evaluations to ensure that listed assets meet its high quality standards. The decision to delist these tokens is due to the fact that they no longer meet the criteria that Binance considers essential to remain part of its marketplace.
From that date on, users will no longer be able to trade these tokens on the platform, so it is recommended that any necessary operations be carried out before August 26. Binance has also assured that any user with these tokens in their accounts will be able to withdraw them until a deadline that will be announced later.
This delisting is a sign that Binance remains focused on offering its users only digital assets that meet the highest market standards. It is important that users take immediate steps to adjust their portfolios accordingly.
