Opening note: The original text of this article was written after the original blog was blocked in September. Now reissued on Binance, thanks to Binance for its support. There was PHB before and then there were FTT and other currencies with full negative rates and tight settlement time for capital fees. So how can small funds get in and flexibly make profits in arbitrage games? Today I will briefly introduce the original PHB. Later I will go to Yuanbo to talk about it. The actual combat of FTT is also transferred here. Different currencies have different ideas, but they have different paths, boldly practice, and bravely demonstrate your ideas to accumulate experience.
The following is the original text: I saw a lot of people talking about how good PHB is and how it is because of the fee. In fact, I don’t believe it at all, because Binance’s fee of 2.5 and 15% of daily use have never been easy to get. Pass. To make a coin with this rate, the idea should be the same as when we made FLOW last year.
First, I sorted out the K 15 minutes after the hour since Binance changed its fee rate. (Note that all K-points here have no upper shadow line, which means that they will not rise first and then fall, but the only increase line is the lower shadow line of closing, which means that they will fall first and then rise)
9.16 16.00 Amplitude 11.53% Closed down 8.53%
9.17 24.00 Amplitude 9.38% Closed down 6.47%
9.17 8.00 Amplitude 6.95%, closing up 2.61%, closing the shadow line
9.17 16.00 Amplitude 6.85% Closed down 0.87%
9.17 20.00 Amplitude 6.85% Closed down 1.87%
9.18 0.00 Amplitude 4.43% Closed down 2.34%
9.18 4.00 Amplitude 6.09% Closed down 1.25%
9.18 8.00 Amplitude 6.27%, closing down 5.09%
9.18 12.00 Amplitude 6.05%, closing down 4.19%
Here you go, take a look and click on the profit-loss ratio to get more fees. Is it really high? Of course, if teachers can always open at the lowest point and stay at the highest point, eating both the increase and the fee, then I have nothing to say, the teachers are still awesome. Just listen to them.
On the other hand, if you have a small amount of money, what should be the method to make a certain profit at the same time that you don’t want to suffer from floating losses (you don’t need to hold it for too long)?
At this time, you can observe the K's in the first 15 minutes of all K's on the hour, 6 and Xiaoyang, and 3 and Big Yin. what is the reason? The increase is caused by short positions being unable to bear the price and starting to close positions, while the big negative is the decrease caused by the main force closing long positions. But does this have anything to do with you opening a short position five minutes in advance? The total holding time of this method is more than 20 minutes.
Go short a few minutes in advance with a 2.5% interest rate, then look at the amplitude on the hour, deduct your capital fee, and then compare it to go long on time, and feel the profit-loss ratio for yourself.
Another way to play here is to open a long position after the drop stabilizes every time on the hour. When the rate is at the same time, control the leverage to cover the position with floating losses to absorb the increase and rate of closing the short position before the next hour.
But you have to learn to control expectations, and this kind of gameplay has too many uncertainties and tests human nature too much. I believe that most people can't do it well. Unless you are extremely experienced, you can play this way. My own experience is to open long orders about an hour in advance, but most leeks cannot handle the kind of violent market smashing 15 minutes before the hour (such as the one at 3.45 this morning) That root is a heavy yin), so I don’t recommend it.
Now it is not so easy for me to transfer funds in and out of Shanzhai, but this is all based on my previous experience. I think I should have made it very clear. From REEF to PHB a few days ago, I hope everyone will review and summarize more and ask themselves more, and don’t just follow others’ FOMO blindly.
