Future Trading Tutorial on Binance #TipsTradingFutures

Hi guys, I want to try to write a beginner's guide to trading futures on Binance, you can follow the steps easily here:

1. Deposit to Futures Account from Spot Balance or Funding:

Open the Binance application and log in to your account.

Select "Wallet" at the bottom.

Select "Futures".

Click "Transfer".

Select "From Spot Wallet" or "From Funding Wallet".

Enter the amount you want to transfer and click "Confirm".

2. How to Use Leverage:

Open the futures trading page.

At the top right, select the desired trading pair.

Click on leverage (e.g. 20x) to adjust leverage. If your capital is 60 USDT and uses 20x leverage, then the amount of your trading position is 1200 USDT.

Determine the desired leverage and click "Confirm".

Click Buy/Long if you believe the token value will rise and click Sell/Short if you believe the token value will fall. Use Market price if you want your position to match immediately.

3. Liquidation Point Analysis:

Liquidation or total loss, aka boncoss (don't miss it) occurs when your margin balance falls below the margin requirement.

Use the calculator on Binance Futures to calculate the liquidation point:

Enter leverage, entry price, and number of positions.

The calculator will provide the appropriate liquidation price.

4. Profit Analysis:

For example, if you have 20x leverage and the price rises 1%, your profit is 20%. For example, your capital is 60 USDT Long $ETH 20x and then $ETH goes up 2%, then your profit is 12 USDT!

However, high leverage also increases the risk of loss.

5. Trend Analysis:

Use technical indicators such as Moving Average, RSI, and MACD.

Pay attention to chart patterns such as support and resistance to identify market trends.

6. Use of Stop Loss:

When opening a position, enter a stop loss level at the price at which you want to exit the trade if the market moves against your position.

Always use trend analysis and stop loss to manage risk.

Happy Trading!
