Powell's dovish US and Japanese stocks hit new highs! Bitcoin fell another $60,000

U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Powell made his latest comments last night. He said he was satisfied with the progress of inflation decline in the past year, but still emphasized that he hoped to see more progress (economic data confirmed that inflation slowed down) before he would have more confidence to start cutting interest rates.

Inspired by Powell's dovish remarks, the four major U.S. stock indexes closed higher today (3). The S&P 500 index closed above 5,500 points for the first time, and the Nasdaq index both hit new historical highs.

But back to the cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin was not only not encouraged, but continued to fall at 9 o'clock this morning. Before noon, it once hit $60,608, and the gains started last weekend have been fully waived.
