Sau khi nhận được khoản đền bù ko rõ ràng hôm kia thì hôm qua mình nhận được mail của binance giải thích về khoản bồi thường này, đại khái binance giải thích khoản bồi thường này do RaveDao tự tính theo cách tính của họ, gọi là bồi thường thiện chí “goodwill” cho sự bất thường về giá ngày 18/4-19/4. Điều này ảnh hưởng đến Token Alpha và vị thế Future mà trader đang nắm giữ cũng như đang mở. Và mình là người bị ảnh hưởng. RaveDao thông qua Binance phân bổ số tiền đền bù đến mình, binance chỉ là sàn trung gian. Mình đánh giá cao Bínance vấn đề này bởi nếu ko nhận dc khoản tiền này thì mình ko nhớ và cũng ko biết đến sự cố đã xảy ra và Binance đã làm hết sức để bảo vệ trader của họ.
Về phần RaveDao, mình thực sự nhận được tiền đền bù mà ko vui, ko phải vì số tiền mà qua việc này mình vẫn giữ quan điểm là, NẾU HỌ KO SAI THÌ HỌ ĐÂU PHẢI ĐỀN BÙ. Cần làm rõ

Sau đó RaveDao nhắn tin xin lỗi, nói mình trình bày vấn đề của mình, xin địa chỉ ví nhưng mình chỉ nói mình thông qua binance để giao dịch, họ có thể kiểm tra lại dashboard, có thêm bồi thường thì thông qua binance để phân phối chứ mình ko kết nối ví với riêng họ để đảm bảo an toàn.
