Lebanese President Joseph Aoun has said that the country would no longer be an “arena for anyone’s wars”, and that the ceasefire with Israel should lead to work on permanent agreements.
In a televised address to the Lebanese public on Friday, he said that Lebanon was no longer “a pawn in anyone’s game, nor an arena for anyone’s wars, and we never will be again
His speech comes a day after a 10-day ceasefire was announced between Lebanon and Israel, bringing respite from Israeli attacks that began on March 2, after Hezbollah fired at Israel, and have left more than 2,200 dead and more than a million displaced
Aoun said that they were entering a phase of “transition from working on a ceasefire to working on permanent agreements that preserve the rights of our people, the unity of our land, and the sovereignty of our nation
He expressed gratitude to those who he said helped end the hostilities, naming United States President Donald Trump and “all our Arab brothers, foremost among them the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”
Aoun promised that any agreement reached would not infringe on the country’s rights or relinquish any of its land, and that the negotiations were not a weakness or a concession.
The ceasefire was announced days after Lebanon and Israel held their first direct talks in decades in Washington, which prompted criticism from the Lebanese population
“Our objective is clear and declared: to stop Israeli aggression against our land and our people, to obtain Israeli withdrawal, to extend state authority over all its land by its own forces, to ensure the return of prisoners, and to enable our families to return to their homes and villages, in safety, freedom and dignity,” the president said
Israel continues to occupy areas of southern Lebanon despite the truce, with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu saying troops would not withdraw during the ceasefire.

The United Nations refugee agency has revealed that nearly 900 Rohingya refugees were reported dead or missing in the Bay of Bengal and the Andaman Sea in 2025.
This was the deadliest year on record for maritime movements in South and South East Asia, and thousands of people continue to make the dangerous journeys in 2026, the UN said on Friday

The Japanese Cabinet approved a bill on April 10 reclassifying crypto as a financial instrument under the amended Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, pulling digital assets out of the Payment Services Act framework and placing Japanese crypto on the same legal footing as stocks and bonds.
Maximum prison sentences for unregistered sellers jump from 3 years to 10 years. Fines climb from 3 million yen to 10 million yen. Insider trading on undisclosed information is now explicitly banned.
That’s not incremental regulatory cleanup. That’s a structural reclassification with enforcement teeth attached from day one.
The question is exactly what this changes for exchanges, institutional allocators, and the 13 million Japanese residents who already hold crypto accounts – and whether the compliance clock is as short as the headline implies.
That legal container determined everything: custody standards, disclosure obligations, investor protections, and the severity of enforcement. The FSA’s February 2026 Financial System Council report was direct about the core problem: “information asymmetry” between issuers and retail investors had become structurally dangerous as crypto evolved into an investment asset class.
The new bill fixes that at the legal-definition level. By bringing crypto under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, issuers now face mandatory annual disclosure requirements covering technology, token supply, risk factors, and use cases – even for post-listing assets not actively fundraising.
That’s the same disclosure regime Japanese equity issuers operate under. For the 105 cryptocurrencies the FSA flagged for reclassification – including Bitcoin and Ethereum – the compliance surface area just expanded significantly.
The LPS Act amendment is the piece that most institutional observers are watching closely. Previously, Japanese venture capital funds structured as investment limited partnerships were legally prohibited from holding crypto assets directly.
That single restriction had been quietly pushing Web3 startup capital offshore for years. The amendment removes that barrier – meaning domestic VC can now deploy into crypto without restructuring through foreign entities. That’s not a marginal fix. That’s the structural precondition for a functioning domestic crypto venture ecosystem.
Finance Minister Satsuki Katayama framed the cabinet approval as a dual mandate: “expand the supply of growth capital” while ensuring “market fairness, transparency, and investor protection.” The two goals aren’t in tension here – securities-grade oversight is exactly what institutional adoption requires.
A Sandmark Crypto Intelligence Report from April 2026 found that 42% of global finance professionals cited regulatory uncertainty as their primary barrier to allocating to crypto.
Japan just removed that barrier domestically. XRP’s $120 million in weekly ETP inflows recorded in early April show how quickly institutional capital moves once the legal infrastructure aligns – Japan is now building that same infrastructure at the sovereign level.
The site’s position: this is the most consequential single piece of Japan crypto regulation since the PSA amendments that followed Mt. Gox. It doesn’t just add rules – it changes the legal category, which changes everything downstream.

The approvals by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the territory's central bank, mark the first batch under the Stablecoins Ordinance, which took effect in August 2025.
We look forward to the issuers launching business according to their plans, exploring growth opportunities while properly managing risks," HKMA chief executive Eddie Yue said in an announcement on Friday.
We hope their promotion of regulated stablecoins will address pain points in financial and economic activities, create values for both individuals and businesses, and support the healthy development of digital assets in Hong Kong.”
The HKMA assessed 36 applications and had signaled that the initial round would be limited. Financial Secretary Paul Chan said in his February budget address that only "a small number" would be approved, with the regulator prioritizing risk management, reserve quality, and anti-money-laundering controls.
The decision to license the city's note-issuing banks first appears to be deliberate. HSBC and Standard Chartered are two of only three commercial banks authorized to print Hong Kong dollar banknotes, a system that dates to 1846, when private banks began issuing currency backed by silver deposits in the absence of a colonial central bank.
Today, each note-issuing bank deposits U.S. dollars with the government's Exchange Fund at the fixed rate of HK$7.80 per dollar and receives Certificates of Indebtedness in return, against which it prints banknotes.
Yue drew the parallel in a December 2023 blog post.
Pre-1935 banknotes issued by commercial banks in exchange for deposited silver were a form of "private money," Yue wrote, and stablecoins function as their blockchain-based equivalent — tokens with stable value that can serve as a medium of exchange on-chain.
The licenses come with one of the world's strictest KYC frameworks for digital money.
Under the HKMA's AML guidelines, licensed stablecoins can only be transferred to wallets whose owners have been identity-verified. The travel rule applies to transfers above HK$8,000 (~$1,000).
In practice, this means HKD stablecoins will likely embed compliance checks into their smart contracts, restricting transfers to wallets listed in an on-chain white list. That makes them structurally different from freely transferable tokens like USDT or USDC.
The bank-led stablecoin model also reflects the HKMA’s decision to deprioritize its central bank digital currency for retail use, as an 11-group pilot program completed in October found the retail case was weak.
CBDCs have historically been a big theme at Hong Kong Fintech Week. Last year, there was barely a mention. Instead, stablecoins were the hot topic.
Chartered CEO Bill Winters said at the time Hong Kong’s push into stablecoins and tokenized deposits could “lay the foundation for a new era of digital trade settlement,” positioning them as a new medium for cross-border commerce
Whether the market agrees remains to be seen.
Stablecoins are a roughly $310 billion asset class, and USD-denominated tokens dominate nearly all of it.
Data from CoinGecko shows that the largest stablecoins by market cap are dollar-pegged, with no euro-or yen-pegged tokens breaking into the top ranks
Hong Kong is betting that regulated, bank-issued HKD stablecoins can carve out a role in regional trade settlement, issued by the same institutions, under the same constraints, on new rails

今天我们讲下同时在2大CEX上挖矿的项目，他就是ton生态的超级MEME项目-Notcoin，这个项目也是在telegram上比较火热，也是一个非常简单的游戏，有趣的是官网上什么都没有，官网上的白皮书上只写了一个whitepaper，其他什么内容都没有，非常的meme属性，然后这玩意居然能同时在被2大头部cex上，可见其热度。目前binance上的挖矿总量在30亿枚，ok上12.8亿枚。都是从5月13号开始，3天时间。

Notcoin（NOT）玩法
玩家通过邀请链接在手机的Telegram上加入Notcoin机器人(@notcoin bot)后，即能在群组内开启APP开始连续点击屏幕中间的Notcoin图示即可挖矿(在上限1000颗倒数至零后，将在几分钟/几小时内恢复到原先的上限)，有点类似于常见的体力条。

为了提高赚钱潜力，玩家可以激活“增强道具”或强化道具。每日可刷新的增强道具包括“满能量”和“涡轮”，以及可购买的永久增强道具，可提高硬币获取率和每次点击消耗的能量。对于那些更喜欢不插手的玩家来说，自动点击机器人即使在玩家不在的情况下也会继续收集硬币。
此外，赚取的 Notcoin 还可用于外观增强，例如更改游戏背景或所点击硬币的外观。
随着玩家积累 Notcoin，他们会在全球排行榜上名列前茅，排行榜分为不同的等级，从银级联赛到钻石级联赛。通过联赛的方式来增加其竞技性。

目前Notcoin NFT 约有 80万个在流通，当前价值为一张 10000NOT=16TON（1TON按 6美金计算）,市值约为 7600 万美元，总交易量为370万 TON，交易额约为 3亿。 

2023年4月1日，Notcoin结束了其挖矿阶段，这意味着玩家不能再通过既定的方式赚取代币。

Twitter上的粉丝数据在180万左右，telegram上的订阅者在620万左右。

NOT 总供应量为 102,719,221,714枚，将为矿工和 Voucher 持有者分配总供应量的78%(80,219,221,714枚 NOT)，将为未来的新用户、交易者上线活动等分配总供应量的22%(22,500,000,000枚NOT)。
此外，Notcoin 表示，为更方便读取代币价格Notcoin 游戏内代币、Voucher(NFT)和总供应量都减少3个零，例如游戏内代币价格由 0.0000123 转换为0.0123，1000万 Voucher 转换为1万枚 NOT，80 万亿枚游戏币转换为800 亿枚 NOT。 

然后我们预估下比价，因为其实NFT的价格已经在getgems上有销售了，1个NFT对应10000个代币，价值100美金，那么一个NOT大概在0.01美金。那么总体的FDV要去到10亿美金了。
最后总结下，随着notcoin的火爆，TON最近也是起飞了，一天从5涨到7，市值直接进入到了前10名，ton这个公链其实在去年我们讲过，当时的数据其实表现是非常的惨的，作为一个公链，在去年4月份的时候TVL只有1000多万，虽然你有上亿粉丝telegram，但是这TVL确实很惨。但是今天我又去看了下TON的TVL，目前已经有2个亿了，但是还是很低，比很多L2都还低，但是市值却高的离谱了，目前TON的市值来到了230亿，和TVL严重不成比例。
然后再说下notcoin，也是一个非常的meme项目，但是其实它给我们一个非常好的思路，就是设计游戏不一定需要什么3A大作，像这种非常简单的游戏依旧能够出圈，至于挖矿是肯定可以参与的，但是要买就肯定不建议了，78%的比例给矿工，那么会有大量的抛压，这是毋庸置疑的，因为之前获得的成本实在是有点低，所以肯定是不建议第一时间去二级购买的。
