Hamas will have no role in governance.
Humanitarian Aid & Reconstruction:
Aid flows immediately via UN, Red Crescent, and neutral agencies.
Rafah crossing reopens. Infrastructure, hospitals, bakeries, rubble removal prioritized.
👉Governance:
Gaza run by a transitional Palestinian technocratic committee.
Oversight by a “Board of Peace” led by Trump, joined by Tony Blair.
Body handles governance, security framework, and redevelopment until the reformed Palestinian Authority can take over.
👉Economic Front:
Trump economic plan to create jobs and attract investment.
Special Economic Zone with tariff/ access benefits.
No one forced to leave Gaza; free to stay or return.
Security:
Gaza fully demilitarized.
Regional partners guarantee compliance. U.S. and allies to train Palestinian police and secure borders with Israel & Egypt.
👉Future Path:
If Hamas delays, aid and redevelopment proceed in “terror-free” areas under ISF. Interfaith dialogue launched for tolerance and coexistence.
So, there is no plan for Statehood?
