Most beginners believe discipline means sitting in front of charts for 8 hours a day, watching every candle, and “staying in the market.”

True discipline in trading is not about time — it’s about money management. You can spend the entire day with bad trade or you can spend one hour, enter with a clear risk plan, and stay in the game.

1. Discipline means:
limiting your losses,
setting stop losses,
closing trades on time, even when it “feels like it might go further.”
