The son of the US Secretary of Commerce is about to finalize a Bitcoin deal worth 4 billion USD

Brandon Lutnick (son of US Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick) is about to complete a multi-billion USD Bitcoin purchase through an investment fund backed by Cantor Fitzgerald.

Adam Back (Blockstream) is negotiating to contribute up to 30,000 $BTC (worth more than 3 billion USD) to the Cantor Equity Partners 1 fund.

In return, Back and Blockstream Capital will receive equity in the new investment fund, which has now been renamed BSTR Holdings.

Including investments from the Twenty One Capital fund (also part of Cantor), the total crypto purchases this year could reach 10 billion USD.
