Nasdaq futures rise by 1%, European stock index futures generally up

According to Odaily Planet Daily, Nasdaq futures rose by 1%, and Dow futures and S&P 500 futures increased by about 0.7%. European Stoxx 50 futures and German DAX futures rose by 1.7%, while the UK FTSE 100 futures rose by 0.4%.
