why a small retail investor like me can influence the entire crypto market?　　

Every time I buy, it falls; every time I sell, it rises.

When I am out of the market, the market skyrockets; when I am fully invested, the market plummets.

Why do the whales keep their eyes glued to my few tens of thousands of dollars?

What is the reason for this?
