Keeping a close eye on the flow of funds related to BTC spot ETFs, @EmberCN predicts a substantial transfer of approximately 13,476 BTC (roughly $573 million) to various ETF custody addresses post the opening of the US stock market tonight.
According to the monitoring data from February 1, activity includes:
• An expected outflow of approximately 4,414 BTC (around $187.68 million) from the Grayscale (GBTC) custody address. This aligns with the outflows of funds observed on January 31.
• The custody addresses for the nine other ETFs will anticipate an inflow of around 9,062 BTC ($385.36 million). Notably, Fidelity (FBTC) is set to receive an inflow of 5,459 BTC (equivalent to roughly $232.11 million), surpassing the outflow from Grayscale.
• Collectively, the ten ETFs are set to experience a net inflow of around 4,648 BTC ($197.68 million), marking the fourth consecutive day of inflows.
At present, the ten BTC spot ETF custody addresses hold a combined position of about 649,113 BTC, which is equivalent to roughly $27.6 billion.
